The Outcast of Camelot is a character study of Guinevere and the Knights of the Round Table after the death of King Arthur. A price has been placed on the Queen’s head by Mordred, which motivates some of the Knights to turn against her. Guinevere plans her escape with some trusted knights while others seek to betray her. Guinevere and her companions escape Camelot in several heart-wrenching scenes of swashbuckling medieval combat. The film features heartbreaking drama, subtle comedy, amazing feats of horseback riding, Kurosawa-level sword fights, and a full-blooded North American Gray Wolf as the werewolf.
